Typically held near Ascension Day in May, the Food Truck Festival is a community fundraiser to benefit Ascension outreach programs. With four to six food trucks plus entertainment, the festival attracts more than 600 neighbors and visitors for some outdoor fun all while raising money for valued outreach, such as the Backpack Program. Volunteers from Ascension manage the entire event, from inviting food trucks to set up and clean up.
