Near the end of the year, the Outreach Committee grants funds to ministry partners. The funds were previously set aside by the Vestry in the annual budget. Our goal is to allocate 5% of our pledged income to community outreach and 10% to the Diocese of Alabama. Typically, the Outreach Committee funds the same ministries we regularly engage with such as Sawyerville, First Light Shelter, Grace Food Pantry, Episcopal Place, and more.
