Our Pastoral Care Ministries are supported by both our lay and clergy leadership. We work as a team to make sure no one is forgotten as a witness to a God who will leave the 99 to find the one. Our lay and clergy teams are supported by the following ministries:

1) Lay Leadership Team - A core group of lay leaders who have relevant experience are assigned a handful of parishioners to stay in touch with and provide spiritual, emotional, and physical support, with the help of the congregation, when needed.

2) Card Team - send correspondence to homebound, sick, or bereaved on a regular basis 

3) Lay Visitation Team - visit the homebound, sick, or bereaved as needed

4)Meal Team - provide meals to the homebound, sick, or bereaved as needed

5) Fix Its - help provide basic tasks in the home that might prove difficult for the homebound or sick. 

6) Clergy Visitation - our clergy visit parishioners in hospitals and homes and bring communion as requested.
